Supracrustal rocks metamorphosed to the sillimanite zone in the Precambrian of southern Norway are correlated with their lower-grade equivalents in the Telemark Suite. Evidence for a regional unconformity, possibly marking the hiatus between the Bandak and Rjukan Groups, is presented and discussed.
